Our story

One team from purchase to keys

AKS Group was founded by Karthik Sundaram, P.Eng., an electrical engineer with experience on residential and commercial projects.

Working on homes and income properties, he kept seeing the same problem: the agent didn't know what a suite would cost, the designer didn't know the budget, and the contractor received drawings that didn't match the site. AKS Group brings all three roles together so decisions are made once, with the full picture.

Today the group includes AKS Consulting Group Inc. for engineering, AKS Electricals & Automation for electrical contracting and construction, and a real estate practice with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage.
